Installation

Download & run the installer
Double-click echo-v1.6.7-installer.pkg. The installer sets up everything automatically — no Terminal required.

Restart Premiere Pro
After installation, restart Premiere Pro and open the panel via Window → Extensions → ECHO.

Enter your License Key
Click ⚙ Settings in the panel and paste your personal License Key. Done.

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ECHO, an AI-powered voice-over editing plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro ("Service"), provided by Conrad Wilsdorf / Moonshot Studio ("Provider", "we"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

ECHO enables users to clone and replace voice-over audio within Premiere Pro timelines using AI voice synthesis. The Service consists of a browser-based CEP plugin and a cloud-based processing backend. The Service requires a valid license key issued by the Provider.

3. Beta Phase

The Service is currently in closed beta. Access is limited to invited users. During the beta phase, features, availability, and pricing may change at any time. The Provider reserves the right to revoke beta access without notice or stated reason.

4. License Key and Account

Each user receives a personal, non-transferable license key. Sharing or reselling the license key is prohibited. The Provider may deactivate keys that are used in violation of these terms.

5. Credits and Usage

  1. Usage is measured in credits. One credit equals one second of generated audio, rounded up.
  2. Credits are deducted after each successful generation.
  3. Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods unless otherwise stated.
  4. Trial accounts receive a one-time allowance of 60 credits. No payment is required for trial access.

6. Subscription Plans and Payment

  1. Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly. Pricing is stated on the website at the time of purchase.
  2. Additional credits ("Top-up Packs") can be purchased at any time and are valid until the end of the current billing period.
  3. Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  4. All prices are net amounts. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
  5. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused credits from the cancelled period will not be reimbursed.

8. Intellectual Property

The ECHO plugin, backend infrastructure, and all related software remain the intellectual property of the Provider. The AI-generated audio output belongs to the user who generated it. The user is solely responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any reference audio submitted to the Service.

9. Acceptable Use

The Service may not be used to generate content that is defamatory, illegal, or in violation of third-party rights. The Provider reserves the right to terminate access for users who misuse the Service.

10. Availability

The Provider aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible. No compensation is due for temporary unavailability.

11. Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. For simple negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages. Liability for lost profits, indirect damages, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

12. Data Protection

Reference audio submitted for processing is used solely to generate the requested output and is not stored beyond the duration of the request. The Provider processes personal data (email address, license key) in accordance with applicable data protection law (GDPR). For questions regarding data processing, contact launch@moonshot.de.

13. Amendments

The Provider may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Hamburg, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
